CLARE VALLEY

The dry 2007 vintage resulted in very low yields from our vineyard just north of the Clare township.

The fruit was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to extract only the purest juice. The wine then underwent a long, cool fermentation to capture the abundant lime and floral aromas.

The palate mirrors the aromas and provides a bright, fresh mineral acidity adding length and structure.
