This limited release Chardonnay has been barrel fermented using both new and old French oak. A combination of wild and cultured yeasts adds complexity and texture. The use of older French barrels allows the purity of bright and fresh cooler climate fruit to shine through.

The aroma is a lively mix of hazelnut, citrus and stone fruit. The palate offers an abundance of peach and nectarine flavours with a clean, crisp finish.

This wine can be enjoyed in its youth and will provide great contrast to any creamy style dish.
