Merlot 2005

ADELAIDE HILLS


Bird in Hand limited release Merlot is aged in French oak and displays rich aromas of plum and blackberry.  The palate is a complex mix of dark fruits, cigar box and spice.  The tannins are silky but firm and it has a finish combining both length and elegance.
