CLARE VALLEY

The 2006 vintage was another great year for Clare Valley Rieslings.  

Sourced just north of the Clare township, our estate grown Riesling consistently produces intriguing floral aromas. On the palate it offers jasmine and the classic Clare Valley lime characters.  Again there is a refreshing mineral finish.  Will age gracefully developing honey and toast characteristics over time. 

Perfect with Asian food or spicy dishes.
