The 2007 vintage is a lively and vibrant example of a classic blend. The bright ttropical characteristics of the 33% Sauvignon Blanc are given an extra dimension by the addidion of 67% Semillon. The latter provides intriguing lemon citrus aromas and flavours, palate wieght, texture and roundness.

It is made in a crisp, fresh, full flavoured style and is to be enjoyed young.
