ADELAIDE HILLS


The Adelaide Hills is perfectly suited to the production of premium quality cooler climate Pinot Rose.

Lower in yield, higher in concentration, 2007 was a wonderful vintage for our Pinot Rose. Minimal skin contact resulted in a vibrant, translucent, ruby coloured wine with alluring varietal strawberry and cherry aromas.

The fruit sweetness is balanced by a crisp and lively finish making this a great winre to enjoy with food.
