Chardonnay 2006

ADELAIDE HILLS


The 2006 vintage was near perfect for Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.

Just 7% of this Chardonnay has been fermented in French barrques. The balance has been fermented in stainless steel, allowing the purity of bright and fresh cooler climate fruit to shine through.

There is a lovely stone fruit aroma. The palate hints at peach and melon with a llasting mineral finish.

A drink now style wine that will nicely through any creamy style dish. Try it with an Antipasto Platter or Ceaser Salad.
