Now spring is officially here, wine-lovers are heading up to the Adelaide Hills to enjoy the longer evenings. At The Gallery, on select Fridays throughout spring and summer they can head up to Bird in Hand to enjoy delicious, seasonal food from chef Ben Fenwick, paired with wines from across the portfolio.   Friends, family, and those who have played a part in our journey over the past two decades joined us at Bird in Hand this weekend to celebrate our 20th anniversary.   Guests were greeted at the winery with a glass of 2010 Nest Egg Joy sparkling wine to the sounds of indigenous artist Robert Wuldi.
