At Bird in Hand, we talk a lot about wine as a catalyst. It has an expressive spirit about it that enhances the power of creative pursuits. Those who love wine often love art, and music, and design and travel. Everything inspiring, really. For us, wine is part of a broader experience of so many things that bring joy.

That’s why we like to reach out to creators to collaborate on projects beyond the world of wine. We regularly join forces with artists, designers, event planners and culture makers in Australia and internationally to dream up unique products and experiences.

Read on to learn about some of our most exciting collaborations, and watch this space for more.

Italian Range with Dion Lee and Silvia Colloca

Produced in collaboration with endearingly passionate Milan-born cook, Silvia Colloca, Bird in Hand’s Italian range shapes the wild pleasures of these ancient varietals through distinctive modern Australian winemaking techniques. The unique bottle design is the artistic endeavour of renowned global fashion designer Dion Lee.

Concerts

Music is good. Live music is even better. Better still, live music and good wine. It’s the best combination of things. That’s why we set up an outdoor stage and hold concerts on our grounds, inviting some of Australia’s best loved musicians to perform. It’s one of the more special things that happens at Bird in Hand. Join us for an upcoming concert.

Stay tuned on our Instagram page for up coming concerts.

Bespoke Events

Wine is good for a celebration and there always seems to be something to celebrate. We regularly throw parties to launch products, premier shows and celebrate milestones, our own and those of our friends and collaborators. Heightened by the constant flow of our own wines, Bird in Hand events happen all over the world and usually include a lively mix of artists, designers, celebrities, creators and other endlessly fascinating characters.

Due to forthcoming expansion plans at the Bird in Hand winey, we are unable to take any bookings for weddings.
