• All VIP guests are to be in the Barrel Hall by 6.00pm for 6.30pm dinner service.

• The show starts at 8.30pm and finishes approximately 10.00pm (Including encores).

• The Food & Wine fun begins when gates open at 4.00pm

• The show will go on if it rains, although no umbrellas are permitted on the lawns.

• There is NO BYO Food, Alcohol or soft drink; however sealed bottled water is permitted

• The event is fully catered for and supported by local restaurants selling their signature dishes

• Disabled parking is available, please display your sticker
