The Swiss fly in from the UK - play at Bird in Hand Winery - Friday 27th August

Bird in Hand winery will host disco jam band The Swiss on Friday 27th August for one extraordinary twilight concert.

The Swiss’s unique live disco style has made waves in the Adelaide music scene and recently shared the stage with Sneaky Sound System, Aria award winning band Empire of the Sun and Ladyhawke.  The innovative trio has also released their first EP “Bubble Bath” on Modular.

Sugar, The Botanic, Limbo & Bar on Gouger resident deejay Madness aka Tom Cotter will follow the live act with his well crafted andtimeless foot tappers.  His distinguishable head nodding grooves layered with sophisticated rhythms and infectious harmonies will keep all on their feet well into the night.

The second magical winter concert is an exhibition of Bird in Hand’s ongoing commitment to the arts.

Kate Ceberano to perform at Bird in Hand Winery

Bird in Hand winery will host legendary Australian icon Kate Ceberano in one unforgettable dusk performance in February 2011.

The concert will be held on Saturday, 12th February under the stars and amongst the vines at the stunning Adelaide Hills property.

Award winning singer and songwriter Kate has delighted us with her soulful voice and charismatic nature for over twenty-five years and has received five Platinum albums, five Gold albums and sold over 1 million albums in Australia alone.

This is the fourth in the Summer Concert Series for Bird in Hand who have partnered with Channel 7, Mix 102.3, Adelaide Magazine, Coopers Brewery and Novita Children’s Services for the occasion.

An avid supporter of the arts, Bird in Hand is also proud to contribute to South Australian charity Novita Children’s Services who will receive $5 from every bottle of wine ordered on the night.

Tickets for the concert are extremely limited, ensuring an intimate experience.
