Bird in Hand Soars in China
 The wealthy coastal city of Dalian in China’s North Eastern Liaoning province, will launch a replica Bird in Hand Cellar Door this month, complete with original vines transported from the Adelaide Hills winery. The eye-catching three-level, 2000 square metre building has been designed by leading Adelaide architects William Burton. It is positioned next door to Ferrari, the Dalian Expo Centre, and borders Xinghai Square, the largest square of its kind in Asia.
“The cellar door location is excellent, it looks amazing and we are confident it will embed the brand into the local culture with a focus on our premium Nest Egg range, and supported by our full product suite including olives and olice oil,"
said Andrew Nugent.
