Bird in Hand Extra Virgin Olive Oil (12 x 375ml)

Beautifully presented in 375ml dark bottles our most popular oil is harvested when the olives are riper and the fruit has turned purple. The result is an extra virgin oil with riper, rounder characteristics and more developed flavours. Its aroma is consistent with dried hay, butter, tomato leaf and pepper. On the palate it presents soft, rounder buttery flavours with some herb, grass and pepper notes.
