Bird in Hand Manzanillo Olives (12 x 300gm)
Pronounced "Manzaneeo", this variety originated from Southern Spain. They are soft and fleshy, the most delicate and smooth tasting of all Spanish olives. Purple to pink in colour, we refer to these as "the olive lover's olives". Manzanillos are best eaten with red wine or soft cheese. They are easy to de-pip, also making them ideal for cooking.
