This limited release Merlot was crushed into small open fermenters to maximise the flavour and tannin extraction. The wine was pressed off its skins and matured in French and American oak barriques for 14 months It is deep crimson in colour and exhibits intense aromas of plum, mulberry and violet. Cellaring will reward.
