The Nest Egg label is reserved for the most outstanding wines of the vintage, regardless of variety. Cabernet was outstanding in 2009 and we created 10,000 individually numbered bottles. Crushed into small open fermenting tanks then matured for 18 months in the finest French oak, this extremely limited wine will cellar exceptionally well and reward the patient and discerning collector. We recommend double decanting this wine to increase your enjoyment.
