The Adelaide Hills is perfectly suited to the production of premium quality, cooler climate Pinot Noir Rosé.

8-10 hours skin contact before pressing has resulted in a vibrant, translucent, ruby coloured wine.   

Clean, intense strawberry and cherry flavours are enhanced by crisp acid and a long, clean finish.
