This limited release Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is pale straw with a hint of green in colour.   The grapes were hand-picked during cool mornings, then pressed as   whole bunch to extract only the purest juice.

Aromas of stone fruit and citrus are supported by complex oak characteristics. The malo-lactic technique creates creaminess with peach & pear flavours with a subtle citrus & flint undertone.

The resulting wine is elegant yet powerful with great length and layers of sophistication.
